Get Your Medical Appointment and Prescription

Once you have been authorized by your healthcare practitioner, your medical document will be sent directly to Recover Cann.

Step 2

Complete Your Registration

Fill out the Recover Cann registration form to create your patient profile.

Receive Your Account Confirmation

Once we have verified your prescription, registration, and coverage info, we will contact you.
