We appreciate your understanding that, due to the nature of Canada's medicinal cannabis program, refunds are not applicable. Cannabis prescriptions are tied to gram allotments, often covered by insurance rather than direct payments. That said, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and addressing any concerns you may have.
If you experience any issues with the quality or condition of your medicinal cannabis, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a replacement if eligible.
Replacement Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original delivered condition.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for replacement unless there is a clear quality concern.
Patients Paying Out of Pocket
For patients who pay for their medicinal cannabis directly, the same replacement guidelines apply. If an issue arises, we will gladly assess the situation and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no additional cost. While refunds are not available, our goal is to ensure you receive the quality product you expect.
How to Request a Replacement

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item is damaged, photos may be required.
What to Expect
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details.
- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
- Recover Cann covers all replacement shipping costs.
