Follow these steps to transfer your prescription to Recover Cann:

Step 1

Notify Your Current Provider

Call your current provider and ask them to transfer your prescription to:

Note your last order date with this provider.
To avoid gaps in care, we suggest timing this after receiving your current order.

Step 2

Notify Blue Cross

Call Blue Cross to notify them of the change and help avoid a potential decline.

We can join a 3-way call with Blue Cross if needed.

Step 3

Complete Your Registration

Fill out the Recover Cann registration form:

Notify Your Prescribing Clinic

Call or email your prescribing clinic to notify them of the change.
